Today, I speak to all the families whose loved ones have been murdered by this criminal regime. 

As a father, as a husband, I feel your pain from the depths of my heart, and I share in your grief. 

But know this: freedom and justice are on their way. 

We will soon cast off this criminal regime, and together we will celebrate our liberty and our future. 

I look forward to the day that I will be among you, able to embrace you, and that hand in hand, we will rebuild our country together. 

That day is near.
