وقتی ما رسیدیم گفتند هنوز چند نفری زنده هستند، آتش نشانی خیلی زود میخواست وارد عمل بشه که نیروهای سرکوب با تهدید اسلحه و حتی کتک زدن و تهدید فرمانده های اتش نشانی، مانع از مهار آتش و نجات ادمها شدند. یکی از مامورین آتش نشانی میگفت

فرمانده شون با نعره داد میزد؛ به شما ربطی نداره، مسئولیتش با ما هست و به ما گفتند بگذارید همشون جزغاله بشن و بعد صدای ممتد شلیک شنیده شد که بسوی افراد گرفتار در آتش با تیر جنگی هدف قرار داده بودند

هنگام آتش‌سوزی و درگیری‌ها صدای فریاد، کمک‌خواهی و استغاثه افراد گرفتار در بازارو منو همکارم شنیدیم . افرادی که از دود و آتش فرار می‌کردند یا از مغازه‌ها بیرون می‌آمدند، فریاد کمک سر می‌دادند اما پس از اون شلیک ها دیگه فریاد کمک و یا «سوختم» شنیده نشد

بوی گوشت سوخته، محوطه ی اطراف رو خیلی زود فرا گرفته بود و درگیری بین یکی دو تا از مامورهای اتش نشانی با افراد سرکوبگر داشت بالا میگرفت، همه مات و مبهوت انگار نمیخواستیم باور بکنیم چه اتفاقی داره رخ میده

اون شب یکی از فجایع بزرگ بشری رقم خورد و انسانهای زیادی در میان شعله های آتشی با شعله های بلند، کشته شدند، م*گی دردناک که تا ابد در ذهن مردم رشت باقی خواهد ماند بنام #جنایت_بازار_رشت
